Marie-Claire ALAIN plays for the LANGLAIS FESTIVAL
Cathédrale de Dol-de-Bretagne (France)
To pay homage to his former master and friend Jean LANGLAIS, Marie-Claire ALAIN will play a recital dedicated to his memory for the Jean Langlais Festival , at the Dol-de-Bretagne Cathedral (France). She will play works by Bach, Jehan and Albert Alain, and from Jean Langlais : "Chant Heroïque" dedicated to the memory of Jehan Alain, and the "Suite Medievale".
This special concert is organised by the Association "Les Amis de Jean Langlais".

Homage to Jean LANGLAIS
CNR de Paris (France) : "Mercredi de l'Orgue"
The last "Mercredi de l'orgue" at the Conservatoire National de Région de Paris (14, rue de Madrid, Paris 8e), will be dedicated to the memory of Jean Langlais, and given by pupils of organ (teachers : Marie-Louise Langlais and Sylvie Mallet) and trumpet (teacher : Guy Touvron) classes.
Programme : "Diptyque" for piano and organ, "Pièce" and three of the "9 Pieces" for trumpet and organ, "Ligne" and "Prière pour les morts" for cello and organ, Poem of Hapiness, Chant Héroïque and Soleil de midi, for organ solo.
